Autoship and Save is our most convenient and affordable way to shop yet! Simply pick your favourite products and the frequency of your deliveries. We will take care of the rest in 1-2-3!

1. Choose the products you want to have automatically shipped.
   • Explore eligible Autoship and Save products, fill your basket with the desired products, then choose the Autoship and Save option under each item.
   • Customers will receive a 5% discount or the highest web offer on their first ever subscription order.
   • After the first delivery, each recurring delivery will continue to enjoy a minimum of 5% discount or the highest active web offer and free delivery. Increase the 5% discount to 10% recurring discount or the highest web offer when you subscribe more to 5 or more products per recurring delivery to the same address.
2. Choose how often deliveries will be made.
• Select the quantity and frequency of your subscriptions. You can come back and make any adjustments easily under My Account > Autoship & Save.
3. Simply manage your subscriptions moving forward.
• Add or remove products, skip deliveries, or cancel at any time under My Account > Autoship & Save.
• Each customer will have 1 delivery date per month for Autoship and Save items.
  • If another subscription is placed less than 20 days before the next Autoship and Save delivery day, it will be sent out in the next Autoship and Save delivery.

2. Under the "Subscription" tab and locate the subscription you wish to cancel.
3. Select “Cancel your subscription”.
   • You may also consider selecting “skip your next delivery” or edit frequency under “edit subscription”.

1. Go to My Account.
2. Select "Address Book" on desktop, or "Profile" on mobile website, or "Account Information" on our app.
3. Click the 'Edit' next to the delivery address.
4. Update your delivery address for subscriptions.
5. Select "Confirm".

2. Click the 'Add' next to the delivery address. Enter a new address and confirm.
3. Go to 'My Account' > 'Autoship and Save'.
4. Under the "Subscription" tab, select the subscription you wish to update.
5. Under the 'Delivery Address' section, select the address you want to use.

• You can only update your subscriptions with previously saved delivery addresses.
• You will need to re-enter your credit card if you want to change to a new delivery address.

1. For a new card:
• Go to checkout.
• Add the new card information and select "Save card for future purchases".
2. For an existing payment method:
• Go to 'My Account' > 'Autoship and Save'.
• Under the "Subscription" tab, select the subscription you wish to update.
• Under the Payment Method section, select the payment method you want to use.

• You can only update your subscriptions with previously saved payment methods.
• For updates to existing subscriptions, we can only accept credit card changes.
• For changes to PayPal or ApplePay, you will need to cancel and resubscribe as a new subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, you can resubscribe with one click.

Autoship and Save is currently offered on most products that can be shipped to the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Australia. For items that are eligible for Autoship and Save, you will see this buy option along with the choice of delivery frequency on the product page. We are actively looking to expand this service to more countries.

• iHerb offers free delivery for recurring Autoship & Save orders to the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
• For recurring Autoship & Save orders to Japan, South Korea and Australia, free delivery is available once the minimum order threshold is met.
• Japan: Free delivery is available for orders over ¥2,500/ $20 USD. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat delivery fee of ¥500/$4 USD.
• South Korea: Free delivery is available for orders over ₩40,000/$30 USD. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat delivery fee is ₩5000/$4 USD.

Autoship & Save currently supports payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can still use other payment methods for one-off purchases that aren't subscriptions.

A minimum of 5% Rewards commission will apply on the initial orders but not the recurring orders, if order is placed with a Rewards Code or Rewards link. The Rewards discount would apply accordingly if the Rewards Code applied to the order gives you as the shopper the largest overall saving when compared to other web offers and promo codes. This is a win-win for both your friend and family who made the referral and you as the shopper who shopped using their Referral Rewards link or code. The Rewards commission and discount, if applied, will only work on the initial order.

Yes, Autoship & Save supports payments made by Rewards credit. Any available Rewards credit on your account will be automatically applied to your subscription orders before your chosen payment method is applied. Learn more to start earning Rewards today.

iHerb offers a 5% discount on recurring orders. If there is a greater discount available at the time of your recurring order, then you will receive the greater discount/lowest price for your item instead of the standard 5% Autoship & Save discount.

Unlock even greater savings with a 10% discount off recurring orders when you subscribe to 5 or more products per recurring delivery to the same address . If there is a greater discount available for the item(s) at the time of your recurring order, then you will receive the greater discount/lowest price instead of the increased 10% Autoship & Save discount.

You will be notified about any price changes before we deliver the next subscription. The most recent price will be shown in the notification and charged unless the subscription is cancelled or skipped.
